Services and Pricing

The features and prices of our products and services are presented in each service description and on the order form. Delivery Methods and Time

Payment for Ordered Services

Ordering and Agreement

You can order services from our website. After you place your order and we confirm it, we will begin delivery. Since our service relates to real estate transactions, we begin delivery immediately upon receiving your order confirmation, as the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act is impractical given the nature and speed of real estate transactions. When using our services, you are expected to have read and agreed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding—except as stated below regarding the right of withdrawal—and creates an agreement between us together with these terms of delivery. We invoice the products/services you order at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right under Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your service order by notifying us within 14 days of the confirmed order. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us by email (info@oun.fi) as soon as possible or within 14 days. We will stop delivery of the order immediately upon receiving notice of cancellation, and we will invoice a portion of the price proportional to what has already been completed. If the order has already been fully delivered, no refund or partial refund can be issued.

Limitation of Liability

OUN Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order or arising from the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law provide otherwise for such damages.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
