For clarity, OUN Oy is not a real estate agency. Therefore, the Act on Real Estate Agencies and Rental Apartment Agencies does not apply to it.

As a customer using our service, you agree that we store your information in our customer register and process it as described in our privacy policy.

Services and Pricing

The features and prices of our products and services are presented in each service description and on the order form. Delivery Methods and Time

We provide our services and deliver our products using electronic methods, for example through our website, by email or by offering you the possibility to download products from our website or through our partners’ systems.

Payment for Ordered Services

Services are paid for at the time of order. Delivery of the order begins once payment is confirmed. Payment methods include credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, and online bank payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Irish company registration number 513174), which operates as a payment institution supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland. OUN® does not see or store credit card information. More information: stripe.com/fi

Ordering and Agreement

You can subscribe to electronic services on our website. Once you have paid for your order, we will start delivering it immediately. By using our services, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of supply in force from time to time. You understand that your acceptance and payment of an order is binding and creates a contract between us and these Terms of Service.

Right of Withdrawal

When you place an order, you request that delivery of the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you understand that your right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed. The service is fully performed when the analysis report has been delivered to you.

Before the report is delivered, you can cancel your order by notifying us at info@oun.fi. If you have not yet uploaded documents, we will refund the payment in full. If documents have already been uploaded and analysis has begun, we will refund the payment for the portion of the service not yet performed.

Limitation of Liability

OUN Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order or arising from the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law provide otherwise for such damages.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
