  1. Finance and Administration – Is the housing company’s economy on a healthy foundation or a ticking time bomb? Has the company been managed sustainably, or has it just tried to avoid costs until the very end? Even postponing essential ones.
  2. Renovation History and Future Needs What has been done and what can you really expect? Every housing company has deferred maintenance – that’s normal – but how much is there? We assess the deferred maintenance for you.
  3. Price Level – The “right” price of an apartment is actually only determined through the sale. The agent, seller, or buyer doesn’t know it in advance. However, the level can be outlined in light of history. We compare the property’s price to completed, comparable sale prices in the area.
  4. Document Review – We review the property manager’s certificates, purchase agreements, and other documents related to the sale before the transaction. We ensure that the fine print doesn’t cost you dearly and that you know what you’re signing.
