B\u00e5da alternativen har sina f\u00f6r- och nackdelar och beslutet beror till stor del p\u00e5 din egen ekonomiska situation. <\/p>\n<h2>Finansieringsvederlag &#8211; enkelt men oflexibelt<\/h2>\n<p>Finansieringsvederlaget \u00e4r ett enkelt alternativ f\u00f6r den som \u00e4ger sin bostad. Bostadsbolaget har f\u00f6rhandlat om l\u00e5nevillkoren med banken och du beh\u00f6ver ingen personlig s\u00e4kerhet.
