For clarity, OUN Oy is not a real estate agency. Therefore, the Act on Real Estate Agencies and Rental Apartment Agencies does not apply to it.<\/p>\n\n

C<\/strong>ollection of Personal Data<\/h5>\n\n

As a customer using our service, you agree that we store your information in our customer register and process it as described in our privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

<\/strong>Services and Pricing<\/h5>\n\n

The features and prices of our products and services are presented in each service description and on the order form. Ordering and Agreement<\/h5>\n\n

You can order services from our website. After you place your order and we confirm it, we will begin delivery. Since our service relates to real estate transactions, we begin delivery immediately upon receiving your order confirmation, as the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act is impractical given the nature and speed of real estate transactions. When using our services, you are expected to have read and agreed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding\u2014except as stated below regarding the right of withdrawal\u2014and creates an agreement between us together with these terms of delivery. We invoice the products\/services you order at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n

<\/strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/h5>\n\n

You have the right under Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your service order by notifying us within 14 days of the confirmed order. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us by email (info@oun.fi<\/a>) as soon as possible or within 14 days. We will stop delivery of the order immediately upon receiving notice of cancellation, and we will invoice a portion of the price proportional to what has already been completed. If the order has already been fully delivered, no refund or partial refund can be issued.<\/p>\n\n
